Pre-Launch Phase

As we are currently in our pre-launch phase, product availability is limited. Early access registrations do not constitute purchase commitments. We will contact registered users when products become available for purchase.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Any failure of Another PlastiK to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Another PlastiK regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
